What would change your mind? If you can't answer, that's the finding.
The brain commits first and recruits reasons after. Evidence doesn't build your worldview, it defends one. Which means the real test of a belief was never whether it's true. The test is whether it could ever be caught being wrong. A faith no experience could shake isn't deep. It's closed. So name it: the one experience that would break your most protected belief. If nothing comes to mind, you're not holding it. It's holding you.
Sit with this one.
